Program description

These terms cover the The Kunkel Company text message program. The program sends messages about order and shipping updates, daily buy and availability. The program name is The Kunkel Company.

You can opt in on our SMS opt-in page. The consent checkbox on that page is optional and is not checked for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. How many messages you receive depends on your orders, shipments, and daily buy and availability notices.

Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply.Your carrier's message and data rates apply to texts you send and receive. The Kunkel Company does not charge a separate fee to join this program.

Opt out

Reply STOP to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any program message. You will receive one confirmation text, and then no further program messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not cancel an order or end a customer relationship.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and the effective coverage where your phone is located.

Supported carriers include the major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers may change their support for this program without notice from The Kunkel Company.

Eligibility

The program is offered to U.S. mobile numbers. You must be 18 or older, and you must be the subscriber of the mobile number or have the subscriber's permission to enroll it. You agree to provide a number you are allowed to use.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing.
